Flavia Sgoifo is a certified Fitness Coach, Yoga & Pilates Instructor, Sound Healer, Life Coach, and Nutrition Expert with a holistic approach to health and wellness. She holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (USA), Bali Yoga School (Indonesia) , Rishikesh Yog Dham (India), Shaw Academy (Ireland), and additional credentials in life coaching and psychology. Flavia also has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, which complements her ability to connect with and motivate clients on their fitness journeys.

Her professional experience includes working with renowned organizations such as Equinox, Club Fitness New York, and the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she has taught Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and Sound Healing sessions to a diverse and global clientele.                                                                                                                                    
As the founder of Flavia Fitness Coaching, she has successfully coached and transformed over 100 clients worldwide since 2017, offering personalized fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness programs both online and in person.

Having personally experienced and overcome phases of anorexia and bulimia, Flavia deeply understands the emotional and physical challenges her clients face. This firsthand experience allows her to provide compassionate, effective guidance tailored to each individual’s needs. She believes in a balanced approach to fitness, helping clients achieve their dream body shape while still enjoying their favorite foods and drinks.

Flavia’s global influence extends to leading wellness retreats, collaborating with platforms like BIGO LIVE, and inspiring others through her work as a fitness model, actress, writer, and director. A former tennis athlete from Greece, she combines her athletic background with her certifications to guide her clients toward their best physical and mental selves.
