What can I expect from my first consultation?

During your first consultation, we will discuss your fitness goals,medical history, lifestyle habits & preferences and any challenges you may face. This helps us understand your needs and develop a personalized approach. By the end of the consultation you will have a draft plan on how your personalized coaching program will look like along with all the information you will need. The first consultation is free of charge so no commitments. Consultations can be held via phone or video call.

How are the workout plans tailored to my needs?

Both our workout & meal plans are tailored based on your fitness level, goals, and preferences. We consider your schedule and lifestyle to create a program that fits seamlessly into your life.

Can I receive ongoing support after my initial plan?

Absolutely! Ongoing support is a key part of our coaching. We offer weekly check-ins, 24/7 support via WhatsApp in case you have any questions or need support, unlimited motivation, and adjustments to your plans as needed to ensure continued progress.

What is included in the coaching plan ?

Flavia Fitness Coaching plans include :
* First consultation call with the client to go over their goals,lifestyle, preferences, time & budget.
* Personalized training plans to be performed at home or at the gym
* Personalized meal plans based on the client’s preferences
* Overall guide on how to improve quality of lifestyle (daily steps, water intake, sleep,…)
* Weekly check-ins to monitor progress and adjust the plans accordingly
* Unlimited support via WhatsApp to answer any questions or get that extra motivation
